Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched may incur a call-out fee.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once a service has been completed, refunds are generally not available unless there is a confirmed service-related issue.

Emergency and after-hours services may include non-refundable service or call-out charges.
